Job Summary
Support sales and marketing initiatives, programs and goals through inside sales efforts via telephone, fax, direct mail and internet with assigned or unassigned territories.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales are to increase sales, promote product awareness and educate physicians and key customers on Pamlab products. The Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for continued communication with key customers including physicians, nurses and pharmacists to ensure:
- Increased prescribers of Pamlab products
- Growth of Brand prescriptions
- Product education and sample availability
Essential Functions
Major responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Achieve call and product quota.
- Contact physician base provided by Inside Sales Supervisor and/or Marketing to educate and promote Pamlab products.
- Manage regular call rotation.
- Record and maintain customer database including demographics, literature and sample request documentation.
- Analyze sales data to recognize prescribing habits and improve promotion efforts.
- Research physician base as necessary to gain contact information.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails and voice messages.
- Participate in product training to gain product proficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent related experience
- Call center/inside sales experience
